CANCELLATION AND REFUND POLICY

 

CANCELLATION BY THE SERVICE PROVIDER

 

Haiatua Excursion - Rangiroa Activities may cancel an outing if weather conditions are unfavorable in order to guarantee the safety of its clients, its teams and its equipment.

 

Haiatua Excursion - Rangiroa Activities also reserves the right to cancel an excursion if there are not enough participants to ensure the service is provided. In this case, the client will be offered alternative dates or a refund if the excursion cannot be rescheduled.

 

CANCELLATION BY THE CUSTOMER

 

Upon request:

*Free cancellation up to 48 hours before your scheduled excursion

* Cancellation less than 48 hours in advance - 50% fee

* Cancellation less than 24 hours in advance - 100% fee

 

Cancellations and refund requests must be received in writing at haiatuaexcursion@gmail.com within the cancellation period indicated in the cancellation policy above.

 

POLICY IN CASE OF NO-SHOW

 

In case of no-show after prior booking, the client will have to pay for the service in full.

 

CANCELLATION IN CASE OF FORCE MAJEURE

 

For all reasons of force majeure, reservations cancelled by the customer will be refunded. Cases of force majeure include: serious accident, COVID-19, terrorist attack, cyclone, storm, and flight cancellation by the airline.
